1.   Boil water
2.   Put the mouth guard in the hot water for 15 seconds
3.  Take it out with tongs/spoon
4.  Put it in your mouth
•    Center it on your upper teeth
•    Bite down
•    Suck in
•    Press with your fingers
5.    Hold it while molding
6.    Rinse in cold water for 30 seconds to set the shape
